What services does the clinic provide?
We offer primary care, pediatric care, women’s health, chronic disease management, mental health support, some diagnostic tests, and preventive screenings.
Do you serve patients who don’t speak English?
Yes, we have bilingual staff and interpreters available. All services are available in Spanish and English.

How can I make an appointment?
We are a Walk-in only clinic. We serve patients on a first come first serve basis. We only make appointments for ultrasounds at this time.
Eligibility & Insurance
Do I need insurance to be seen at the clinic?
No, we serve patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Patients with marketplace insurances, Medicaid, or Medicare will be referred to other medical providers.
I’m undocumented. Can I still get care here?
Yes. We provide care to everyone, regardless of immigration status.
Costs & Payments
How much does a visit cost?
To see a doctor, most patients pay $20. However, cost is determined by a sliding scale, depending on income and family size. Please bring pay stubs, tax forms, or other income documentation on your first visit.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. We accept cash and credit cards.
Medical Records & Privacy
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. Your information is confidential and protected under HIPAA regulations.
How can I request my medical records?
You can request records in person or by calling the clinic. A signed consent form may be required.

Do you provide COVID-19 vaccines or testing?
Yes. We offer COVID-19 vaccines, boosters, and testing.
Can I get help managing diabetes or high blood pressure?
Absolutely. We have care plans, nutrition support, and bilingual educators to help manage chronic conditions.
Do you offer mental health services?
Yes. We provide counseling, behavioral health, and referrals to specialists if needed.
How can I get my medications?
Our doctors evaluate your medical conditions and will prescribe medications as necessary. Most prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Some medications require a paper copy, which we will provide. We also have some medications in stock to provide for free on occasion.

Are there programs to help with food, housing, or transportation?
Yes. Our staff and volunteers will try to connect you with community programs for food assistance, housing support, and transportation to appointments.
Do you offer health education classes?
Yes. We regularly offer classes on diabetes, prenatal care, nutrition, and more—often in Spanish. To inquire about a particular topic, please contact us.
What if I need to see a specialist?
After being evaluated by our doctors, we can provide referrals to specialists like gastroenterologists, gynecologists, surgeons, dermatologists, and more.
